Individual Therapy

It is difficult to be understood, especially when we have not yet had the chance to fully understand ourselves. You face unique challenges. Developing an identity and sense of worth are of utmost importance in facing these challenges. Individual therapy offers a safe place to process, heal, ask questions, develop skills and create a connection to your true worth and identity.

Group Therapy

You are not alone. Meeting in a secure setting enhances learning about yourself and how to relate with others. In addition, group therapy helps to fine tune your ability and skills in coping with distressful emotions and behaviors. 

Alternative Options

In the near future, I aim to develop and begin a wilderness therapy program for adolescents. When I first moved to Colorado, I co-lead and lead therapeutic backpacking trips. I have witnessed the incredible short and long term benefits these kinds of trips provide.
